We use platform-provided push notification services (Apple Push Notification Service for iOS, Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android) to send you case update notifications if you enable them. These services may collect device tokens and delivery analytics.

🔄 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

How Subscriptions Work:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings at any time
  • Free trials (when offered) convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled before the trial period ends

Purchase Processing:

  • All purchases are processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
  • We do not store your payment information
  • Purchase receipts are validated through Apple's or Google's servers
  • Your purchase history is tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account

Cancellation:

  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → CaseTrack+ → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → CaseTrack+ → Cancel Subscription
  • Canceling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period
  • Premium features remain accessible until the end of the paid period

Privacy & Subscriptions:

  • We only receive anonymous purchase confirmation from Apple/Google
  • We do not have access to your payment methods or financial information
  • Your subscription status is stored locally on your device
  • We validate purchases with Apple/Google servers using encrypted receipts

  • Revoke notification permissions through device settings
  • Control notification frequency and types

7.3 Advertising
